I haven’t written in some time. As the blog is mostly a place where I share my experiences when I am not at work, behind the stoves. Here’s what’s been happening; I am now chef at a mediterranean restaurant called L’Alexia, in a neighborhood called Ahuntsic, in Montreal, this is where I’ve been spending most of my time. You can also listen to me (for those of you who understand French) on the radio, every Tuesday at 10:30 eastern time, on Montreal Pluriel, 106.3fm, where I talk food, recipes, and whatever goes on in the restaurant and food business!
